I am also able to see most people with out-of-network benefits and those able to pay out-of pocket.
Please contact your insurance carrier directly (via the Member Services number listed on the back of your insurance card) for the particular details of your policy. You will be responsible to be fully informed about any and all co-pays, deductibles and/or co-insurance associated with your plan, in addition to limitations or restrictions on number of visits and diagnostic or therapeutic exclusions (if any).
FEES (Without Insurance)
Initial Diagnostic Assessment: $175 (60 minutes). Goals: Collect background data including, history of present treatment concerns, personal and family medical, mental health and substance use history, school/work/social/legal history, assess risk factors and create a diagnostically appropriate treatment plan
Follow-Up Sessions: $150 (45-50 minutes). Goals: Continue to identify/define the presenting concerns, promote understanding of problems, actively engage in a process to correct or cope with the issues, revise plan as needed, maintain gains and discharge as stability with goals is achieved
Sliding Scale: Yes. See the Reduced Fee Criteria Form.
